Add CREATE NEW ALBUM link to your albums page

To help make new photo albums, I have introduced a link on the "My Albums" page (found from the main menu).

Its very easy to do. Just replace the code on the "view_my_photos.html" with the code below. It just adds a link to the page (coloured red).
