Sorting

A way to sort lists of data. For example from what I saw:
- the list of template files, alphabetically or other ways.
- The list of billing items how we'd like them to be sorted (can be as simple as storing a numeric variable like 1,2,3,4,5 etc)
- Other areas where sorting could be useful for admin and client.
