Can any one tell me how to change the link address?

For example ,

Have a look at this page first.

In this page the link of February 2010 is http://www.whereyoucandancetoday.com/index.php?page=search&action=browse&search_categor y=0&new_category=188

But I want to change it to
htp://www.whereyoucandancetoday.com/february.html
