Real Emails from users?

How can I get the actual email the user uses in facebook. when a user registers on my site i get something like this:

apps+180813471149.1342324247.fb346222830256a6cf3ac fead1953939@proxymail.facebook.com

instead of an actual email. please advise. thank you!

as of January 20 2010 Facebook apps can request the users email. See here Roadmap Email - Facebook Developer Wiki

I'm sure the developers are now aware of it they just need some time to implement it.
